The programme, benchmarked against the International Professional Standards of Teaching, prepares students to teach in Early Childhood Care, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Education in private and international schools. The qualification is accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

Malaysia’s first teaching and learning master’s degree programme integrates three domains of knowledge: core pedagogical principles, in-depth learning area studies, and reflective practice courses. It combines theory and hands-on experience, empowering educators to make a profound impact.

This research-oriented and MQA-accredited programme produces graduates who critically discuss and evaluate current theory and research in selected areas of educational practice, administration and policy. Students develop specialised skills through in-depth research and multidisciplinary collaborations.
